Masaru Takiguchi

the largest African-American managed, not-for-profit social service agency
in Chicago area and a member of the Japanese American Citizens League.
He has served as arbitration panelist for the Circuit Court of Cook
County Mandatory Arbitration and as a Moderator at 2000 Regional Exchange
Congress held in Oak Park.

Cook County since Mr. Takiguchi started practicing law.
